My work with Dea allowed me to go deeper. With her clear and gentle guidance, I have re-engaged with the inner desires that were there but drowned out by the day to day noise and stresses of life.

Now with a new meaning to ‘moving forward,’ the old story is easy to drop and the new story comes forward with ease. I am most grateful to you for your dedication and skill dear Dea. I can recommend any woman seeking clarity, purpose and a new way of being, she can hold you and support you to connect deeply to your new story.

About Me...

I am a Registered Social Service Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers, a Certified Professional Life Coach, Trauma Informed Counsellor and Certified Yoga Teacher. I help women at midlife rediscover themselves, their genius, and their gifts to reconnect to their inner feminine power and step into a life of magic and fulfillment through coaching, counselling and meditation.

A bit about my journey…

For the past 25 years, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering and transforming women as a Trauma Informed Counsellor, Certified Life Coach, and Meditation Teacher. Through my journey of supporting others, I also continued my own healing through yoga, meditation and embracing my feminine power within.

At 50, facing my own "midlife crisis," I asked:

• Am living a life aligned with my values?
• Have I achieved my goals?
• Am I still growing and learning?
• What legacy do I want to leave?

And the big question:

What does it mean to be a Sovereign Woman?

Midlife urged me to reclaim my worth and fully accept who I am. As I prioritized my mental & emotional health, I embarked on a journey to embrace my feminine power, which brought profound healing and personal growth. I no longer seek external approval but find peace and joy within.

Now, I teach others the practices that transformed my life, helping them to find compassion, peace, and passion.
